JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be employed to focus on the Mast and Rig programme and to lead the preparation and servicing of our IMOCA Rig as part of an integrated team over a four year programme.
The package is as follows:
- A chance to join the UK's premier IMOCA team as a key member with responsibility for a core part of the team investment and competitiveness.
- A chance to oversee part of the continuing development of our team with ownership of key relationships with suppliers and developers.
- To be a core crew member onboard HUGO BOSS with the potential to sail significant sea miles.
- The potential to grow your career with a full development plan within a high performing team.
- Annual salary range of 19.5k – 25k including full HUGO BOSS team kit in addition to an annual HUGO BOSS clothing allowance and insurance benefits.
The ideal candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience of Grand Prix sailing mast/rig programme
- Strong sailing/racing skills
- RYA Yachtmaster
- Full clean driving licence
- Be willing to join the team with full commitment, full time.
- Have a solid educational foundation and willingness to learn and develop
- Enthusiastic, self motivated and ambitious for team and self
SALARY
£19.5000 - £25,000
