MARINA MANAGER – EXCELLENT PACKAGE – MIDDLE EAST
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of the most successful Marina Management companies in the industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Marina Manager for their new 200 berth Marina in the Middle East
Currently there is already a team managed by a local Marina Manager.
Our client’s aim, as the new operators, is to hire someone in the role of a General Manager who in the least possible time (9 to 12 months) will be able to bring up to speed the marina operations (purely berthing) with their Company’s brand identity, values and standards, and will therefore be able to hand over the operations to the local Marina Manager.
The chosen candidate may be requested to spend a number of weeks at their HQ to get acquainted with the Company’s standard operating procedures.
The General Manager, having successfully completed their mission in the Middle East, may then be deployed to another marina as per the requirements of the Company.
Successful candidates will have:
• A minimum of 3/4 years as Marina Manager of a large Marina
• Experience of working on an international basis
• Extensive Marina Operations Management experience
• Experience of living / working in the Middle East
