OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - SOUTH, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting position for a self motivated individual who works well in an office environment.

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Provide an outstanding level of service to customers.
  •     Regular communication with our clients
  •     Assisting and sourcing spare parts for client's boats
  •     Providing support to the other members of the office with a variety of tasks including organisation and administration, as well as being involved in some marketing activities
  •     Reporting directly to the MD; working within a team of around 4
  •     Organising and co-ordinating Boat Show stands and various other regattas and open weekends
  •     General administration duties including control of service and job cards of client's boats  and assorted secretarial duties including travel arrangements and information sending


Ideal candidates will:
  •     Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  •     Have good administrative and office skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  •     Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  •     Be very customer focused and confident
  •     Have a flexible attitude to working overtime including occasional weekends
  •     Have an ability to work as part of a team in a small company
  •     Have a natural flair for organisation
  •     Be able to work on own their initiative and prioritise tasks with minimum supervision
