Rutland Sailing School is the training arm of Rutland Sailing Club. RSC is a National Sailing Academy and provides Rutland Sailing School with the very best on-shore and on water facilities of any inland training centre in the UK. The sailing school provides non residential courses and is RYA and AALA recognised offering the very best in sail training from beginner to advanced for all generations.
We also specialise in Junior Sailing, Powerboat tuition as well as Boat and Equipment Hire.
We tailor all our courses to suit the customer's requirements. RSS guarantees the very best of everything: tuition, equipment, safety and of course fun and enjoyment.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Instructor to manage a young and dynamic team of senior and dinghy instructors. Responsibilities will include staff training and motivation, safety adherence and equipment management. The ideal candidate will have excellent inter personal and teaching skills and be able to work under the pressure that a busy thriving centre provides. The candidate will be an experienced RYA Senior Instructor and will report directly to the Sailing School Manager.
This is fixed term position from 1st March - 31st October 2011
