The role:
* Quality Champion and training of quality improvement tools * Assure compliance to IS9001 and applicable regulatory standards * Liaison with external bodies and hosting audits * Internal audit process and Project Assurance via gated processes * Improvements to Business Management Systems and review mechanisms * Improving QA system tools in MS Access/SharePoint etc
Emphasis:
* Continual Assurance rather than audit * Project Creation Process robustness and reliability * Lean methodology
Skills / Experience:
* Quality professional with wide background of improvement processes and tools * Electronics background preferred * Able to communicate / present / train effectively at all levels * Experienced in Product Creation Processes through to manufacture * Understands process variation control methodology e.g. - 6 Sigma certified * Outgoing and hard working * Software skills preferred (minor programs in MS, Access / Excel / SharePoint Management

£35,000 per annum
