Deputy Marina Manager (£22,000 to £26,000) Plus Benefits

A prestigious marina in the heart of the action with a high traffic flow and a busy boat yard are looking for someone who likes to be in the middle of everything. They hold rallies & regattas, events & conferences all of which are high profile with major sponsors, this is your chance to be the lynch pin.

The Role
You would be supervising marina and yard employees, ensuring the smooth running of both sides of the operation. This person will also be looking after planning the marina staff training, preparing monthly business and operations reports for the MD, ensuring the marina is well maintained and assisting in the day to day running of a smooth operation. In the absents of the marina manager at least two days a week you are to assume the duties as required, also you will be the lead in planning the organisational and operating parameters of the marina.

Candidate
The watch word is organised, this role is for someone who can manage high traffic marinas with a customer focused outlook, experience of managing in marinas or boat yards is a prerequisite.

As well being well organised being a problem solver is a key skill needed, someone with ambition would be welcome.
