JOB DESCRIPTION
General responsibilities:
To be part of the senior management team and as part of a rota deputise for colleagues in their absence including the CEO.
To ensure that  best VFM is obtained for all contracts
To maintain a system of stock control
To establish maintain, monitor and mitigate risks through a risk register system.
To introduce a robust measurable system of Quality control.
To participate in the monitoring of staff performance and development
To ensure that staff are appropriately trained and that they adhere to all safety requirements.
Ensure that all external contractors have the appropriate permits to work
To keep accurate records
To demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
To lead by example in being an excellent team participant.
To adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.
To attend any training or development programmes as required.
To ensure that at all times the company's policies procedures and protocols are followed and that the post holder ensures that she/he upholds the company's procedures in relation to: employment law, equality and diversity, Fire and HASAW.
