UKSA have an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active Assistant Yachting Manager to deliver inspiring, customer focused training to yacht students; and to manage, coach and mentor yachting staff, whilst developing a culture of collaborative working to deliver the organisational strategy.
This is an important role within the organisation working as an integral part of the Yachting department under the direction of the Yachting Manager.
Key selection criteria: RYA Yacht Master Instructor qualified in addition to proven marine industry and lecturing experience in a similar managerial role within a relevant industry sector; with demonstrable knowledge of health and safety afloat and ashore. RYA Ocean Master qualified an advantage.
