With an ever-growing list of New Build and Refit projects, an established Superyacht Management brand is seeking a skilled Engineer with Project Management experience to join their team of experts.
Degree qualified in Naval Architecture or similar, you will have carved yourself a career either in the Commercial, Defence or Superyacht/Megayacht fields. Working from a Central London head office, you will need to be versatile and ready to travel anywhere in the world to visit your assigned project(s), ensuring that they are on time, to standard and that the Management company team on site are carrying out their own works to a high standard.
You will be working closely with Design Houses, Owners (and their representatives), shipyards and the internal teams, co-ordinating across the board on technical and design/engineering related matters. An ability to talk at all levels of technicality and seniority is key, offering a wide range of skills to all involved in the build process.
This role offers huge potential for a skilled individual keen to progress their career further either from within the Superyacht world, or by making a step across from the commercial world.
The company provide a market-leading package, bonus potential and of course fully expensed international travel.
Salary:
A salary of £50-60,000 plus discretionary bonus is on offer.
