Are you an experienced Operations Manager based in the South of France? Experience within the Superyacht and Commercial sectors?
If so, we'd be really keen to speak with you.
Based in the Principality, this Management company offer a range of services to their client base, including full vessel management, charter and brokerage. Having recently gained a large new client, there is a requirement for an individual to join the team to oversee this particular individuals vessels.
As the ideal candidate you will either already work in a similar role within the Superyacht sector or within vessel management with a commercial/shipping employer. You will be used to co-ordinating an international fleet, managing planned and unplanned maintenance, staffing and overall operations.
You will be able to commute to Monaco from your current location, or have worked extensively in the area and so be understanding of the logistics of working in the area. There will be extensive international travel assosciated with the position to visit craft either in build or on charter.
Furthermore you will need to be able to assess and advise off the back of maintenance and classification documentation, working with the owner and colleagues in order to ensure everything runs smoothly.
