As part of the RNLI's Community Safety team you will be saving lives at sea by assisting with the development of innovative safety products and campaigns to keep people safe on and around the water. The Community Safety Products team aims to positively change the behaviour of coastal users to become safer around the water, by using research and insights to target key at risk groups.
Working closely with our team of Community Safety Product Managers you will be involved in all aspects of product development from initial research and concept through production, delivery, evaluation and repurposing existing products. You will work with other areas of the RNLI as well as with agencies, partner organisations, stakeholders and the public.
The RNLI have been bringing people together to save lives at sea without prejudice for nearly 200 years.
