Are you a skilled Project Manager, Ex-Superyacht Captain or Programme Manager from within the Superyacht arena and seeking a new challenge?
A leading Boatbuilder on the International market are seeking such an individual to lead the build of their largest line of craft. Composite built and in excess of 30m in length, they need an organised and driven character keen to work hard to realise a fantastic product, whilst bringing costs, timings and departments in line with expectations in order to satisfy owners and board members alike.
Working across all departments at all levels, you'll need to be a skilled negotiator, not afraid to approach any situation with a focussed outlook that will benefit all involved. This could range from coaching a laminator through to agreeing a project end date with a department director. You'll need to be approachable, versatile, analytical and excel under pressure to ensure all KPIs are met.

Salary:
