JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you ready for a central role in creating a major Sail Training Centre within a Government-funded, and RYA supported, £3.5 million Community Sports Facility currently under construction?
Are you a qualified Coastal RYA Dinghy Senior Instructor and Powerboat Instructor?
If you are, and believe you have the skills to manage an RYA Training Centre, and work with, motivate and supervise a team of talented Volunteers within the Yacht Club, then you could be the person to help us realise our ambition of becoming one of the South East's premier Sailing and RYA Training Centres.
Situated on one of the tidal Thames' finest stretches of sailing water and flanked by sites of considerable natural beauty. We are located in the Thames Corridor and aspire to offer affordable and accessible dinghy sailing and yachting opportunities to the wider East London / Thames Gateway Region. In this we a fully supported by our Local Authority, Bexley, as well as Sport England and the Department of Local Government, all of whom, with the RYA are our partners in this development.
SALARY
£23 000 plus Incentive Bonus
