JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties include responding to distributors and customers for service and parts inquiries from our Legend Yachts European sales and service headquarters. Candidate must have sailing knowledge and experience.
Luhrs Marine is the European headquarters for sales and service support for our Legend and Hunter Marine sailboat range. We are America's largest sailboat manufacturer with a product range of 18 models from 14' to 50'. Our European headquarters in Romsey (just established) will include a small staff to manage the overall sales and service needs of our distributor and customer base. The customer service role will have varied responsibilities from processing parts orders, organizing boat repair schedules to maintaining the stores inventory. Sailing knowledge is a requirement, as well as good computer skills and communication skills.
