JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience of designing small marine craft, used to working accurately to tight production schedules and able to use own initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate good organisational skills.
Evidence of ability to add value to designs by simplifying construction, reducing lead time and cost of materials whilst increasing customer appeal would be a distinct advantage.
