JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager with proven leadership skills required to run a permanent team of ten plus additional seasonal staff to commission new Yachts from 46' to 82' from our base in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Applicants will need good planning skills, a thorough knowledge of all that goes into a modern blue water cruising yacht and the ability to lead a team of diverse professionals in what can be a very busy and demanding job. They will almost certainly have spent significant time running large yachts or other marine related projects.
SALARY
