JOB DESCRIPTION
The Moorings are the leaders in Yacht Charter holidays around the world and have been for over 30 years. Our luxury range of Crewed Yachts operate throughout the Caribbean on a range of catamarans and monohulls between 46 and 62ft.
We are now recruiting for a manager to run the operation from our base in Tortola, BVI's with responsibility for the Caribbean region.
The position is a full time role ideally suited to a couple who can combine their skills but we will also accept applications from individuals.
Main responsibilities:
marketing the brand and working with the Brand Manager to drive the product forwards
recruitment and training of crews alongside the US and UK office
ensuring customer service levels are kept to a high standard
managing the crews and boat allocation
maintaining the fleet to company standard
Key skills required:
charter experience as a Crewed Yacht Captain or Chef
strong people management skills
online and offline marketing experience
commercially aware and experienced in financial management and control
creative approach to marketing planning and targeting
knowledge of recruitment and selection methods
SALARY
Competitive salary based on skills and experience. Full work permit costs. Flights to Tortola. Medical insurance after 3 months.
