JOB DESCRIPTION

An Internationally recognised manufacturer of steel boats in the West Midlands is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager who is going to be passionate about the role and keep the team motivated, as well as delegating roles to members of the team who will be working on 5/6 boats constantly.

The successful candidate must have some managerial experience as well as hands on approach for getting jobs done. Candidate will have an in depth technical knowledge of mechanical and or electrical engineering but an understanding of both is a must.

The role will expect the successful candidate to be able to work on some of the following areas below. 

•    24 & 240V AC DC Electrics
•    Plumbing
•    Boiler Installation
•    Diesel Generator Systems
•    Air Conditioning Systems
•    Engine and Generator Systems

The job will entail the successful candidate to be fitting all of the required parts; it will be a very hands on position.

A qualification within the management industry would be preferred

Salary

£DOE with plenty of overtime as well as being flexible on working hours
25 days holiday per year and 3 shut downs
