JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the UK’s leading New and Used Boat Sales Companies.  They have immediate requirements for Experienced Yacht Brokers to work in their busy South Coast Sales Office

The post requires a strong individual to develop the existing and future potential for New & Used Boat Sales.  With up to 400 brokerage listings at its disposal the drive and initiative to develop this aspect of the business is a key function.    
Requirements   
   
•  Experience of New and used Boat Sales
•  Good Boating Knowledge
•  A good Practical approach to Boating
•  IT literate 
•  Ability to work to targets and pre set goals
•  A good team Player
• Ability to work on own initiative  
• Pro Active

Desirables   

• Good Product Knowledge
• Experience within the Marine industry
• Worked within a Marine Brokerage environment  
• Experience of working in trade shows
•Good Networking abilities within the Marine industry 
• A good approach to customer service and after sales

• Working Knowledge of the use of a CRM
