JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is one of Asia’s leading Yacht and Superyacht Dealers.  Currently going through an exciting stage of re-structure and growth.  They have now created a new and exciting role for an experienced an ambitious Brokerage Manager to join the team with a view of creating and implementing an aggressive 3 year business plan which will grow the companies brokerage business four fold.

The Role
The role will involve a complete review of all systems, procedures and policies to ensure the best possible operation
Train and coach brokers on the sales process, policies and procedures relating to brokerage ensuring best practice across the company
Set sales targets (in conjunction with sales director)
Develop business plan to grow brokerage treating it as a business unit ‎in its own right.
Travels regularly to all countries to review local brokerage operation, deals, skills etc plus maintain close watch on competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of yacht brokerage experience which will include management and strategic responsibilities, with the ability to show what positive change they have implemented in previous organisations and detail what growth that produced.

Salary

Package equivalent to £50,000  -£60,0000 + Commissions + Bonuses.
