The company is a market-leading brand with a global distribution of technical and engineering products to the Yacht and Superyacht sectors (Sail and Power).

A reputation for premium products throughout their range and a focus on British Design and Manufacture supported by an ambitious and driven Sales and Senior Management team makes this organisation and their recruitment plans one of the most exciting career prospects on the market.

The Role

The company already has a successful sales team in place and good market share, however after a period or market research, restructure and coming out the back of the downturn a large number of untapped markets and opportunities have been identified at an international level. The company now needs talented and experienced Marine Sales Account Managers to join the team and maximise current key accounts, whilst developing new ones.  The opportunities are across a number of industry sectors within a variety of existing and new OEM accounts.

The Candidate

The company is only interested in proven and well-connected Account Managers from within the Marine Industry, who can demonstrate an impressive financial difference they have brought to their current and previous employments.  The company is interested to receive CV’s from Account Managers who have experience from within a variety of disciplines from winning and developing Key Marine OEM accounts to Managing Custom Project Accounts.  Candidates must be prepared to chase leads proactively no matter how small and think outside the box to maximise all sales potential.

A good technical understanding and experience of selling a technical or engineering products or services within the marine industry is key.

The Detail

This role will be based from our clients Head Office on the South Coast of the UK and will involve both UK and International travel, potentially with little warning.   Our client will also consider international candidates.

Salary

£40,000-£45,000 + Commission + Package + Benefits.
