JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is one of Asia’s leading Yacht and Superyacht Dealers. Currently going through an exciting stage of re-structure and growth, they have now created a new exciting role for an experienced Marketing Professional at the top of ther game to oversee all Marketing strategy and activity across the entire group.
The Role
The role is to ultimately build the companies brand presence across Asia driving customer loyalty and increase sales of shipyard brands and the groups services
To achieve this the successful candidates will be responsible for defining a marketing strategy for the entire business that will deliver sales and sustained competitive advantage, as well as build a high performing but lean marketing team that is recognised by the shipyard brands as well as the industry in Asia as the best in the business.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least 10 years marketing management experience preferably in the luxury goods sector
- Good experience in digital marketing and campaigns / event management
- Experience in managing a portfolio of brands, development and execution of brand strategy
- Strong network amongst media, luxury brands
- PR savvy – previous experience of working with media a distinct advantage
- Creative results focussed and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A good team leader but also able to be hands on.
- Excellent spoken and written English and ideally Mandarin
Salary
Package equivalent to £60,000 - £70,0000.
