JOB DESCRIPTION

GILLINGHAM MARINA, a Five Gold Anchor marina, operates  extensive workshops and spray booths and has been caring for craft, both private and commercial, since the early 1970's; one of the largest facilities of its kind in the South East.

We seek a Manager to head up our established team of shipwrights, technicians, sprayers, and  GRP repairers; to promote their department and the services of our Company; to liaise with customers from enquiry through to final payment; to recruit and manage the training and health and safety of staff.

Candidates must have management experience in a similar activity;  have completed an apprenticeship and/or have a qualification in a relevant discipline; be computer literate.
