JOB DESCRIPTION
A busy Lincolnshire-based boatyard are seeking a qualified Marine Engineer to join their busy team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be expected to have a great understanding of fault finding and diagnostics as well as being a qualified Marine Engineer

Joining a small team of Marine Engineers with their own complimentary skills, your work will require you to work on diesels & petrol’s, stern drives, inboard & outboard engines on any type of craft from ribs through to large power boats

You will be expected to display good time management for carrying out repairs and replacements as well as carrying out other boatyard activities as and when required. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in relation to outboard and inboard engines as well as an excellent technical understanding.

You must be confident, well-motivated, and up for a challenge and enjoy working in a small boatyard, with a small, friendly and well motivated team. As it is only a small team there will be an element of overtime involved with the role during busier periods.


Salary

£25,000 - £30,000
