JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD OF CENTRE
The Head of Centre is directly responsible to the Trustees for the smooth running of all aspects of the Centre, all financial matters including fundraising and for the development of the Centre's programme and facilities. He or she will have:
Proven team leadership.
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus and the ability to work under pressure,
Proactive temperament in solving problems whilst dealing with a wide variety of tasks
Track record of good financial management, control and budgeting.
Commitment to inclusivity and the Trust's ethos.
Personal commitment to and active recreational/competitive involvement in one of the Centre's main activity areas (sailing, canoesport or climbing)
Formal coach / trainer qualifications would be an asset but are not essential.

Starting salary £26,000 - £36,000
