SALES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATORS - SOUTHAMPTON, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bainbridge Group - Bainbridge International Ltd; manufacturers and suppliers of a comprehensive range of Sailcloth and Sailmaking hardware, and Bainbridge Marine; distributors of a wide range of market leading brands including Marlow Ropes, Morse Teleflex and Hempel operate primarily in the Leisure Marine industry selling to sailmakers, boat builders, boatyards and marine retailers.

We currently have two full time vacancies for Sales and Customer Support Administrators in both the Sail Making and Marine Hardware business units.

Sales and Customer Support Administrators

You will be working in a busy sales office environment, dealing on a daily basis with our customers, covering order input, order progressing, telesales and technical support.

These varied and diverse roles are based in our UK office in Hedge End, Southampton. The roles will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to the internal Sales team and to both UK and international clients.
Duties will include sales order processing and reporting, customer communication through our network of dealers, conversing with our distributors and direct clients worldwide, various sales/ marketing projects (including UK boat shows) and other general office duties.

Knowledge of the Leisure Marine industry is an advantage and a keen interest in sailing would be useful. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
SALARY

Starting salary is £15,250.
