JOB DESCRIPTION

Port Hamble Marina is a high profile, busy site, situated on the famous Hamble River. With the Hamble Village only minutes away, Port Hamble is a busy visitor's destination. It also accommodates many charter vessels and a large yacht racing community. Our aim is to deliver the highest level of service to our customers, which demands the best from our team every day.

The role will include:

Overseeing the berthing allocations of vessels   
Assisting in actively marketing and promoting the marina and associated services
Carrying out general maintenance on the marina 


This is a full time position, working a shift system that includes weekend and bank holiday working. On occasion you may also be required to work at night.

The key requirements for this role are:

An ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service
Self motivated and able to work without supervision
Current computer literacy
A practical, resourceful and common sense approach
Enthusiastic and friendly with a flexible and positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to swim

Salary:

We offer a competency based salary package, starting at £16,500.00 per annum, plus bonus scheme, company uniform, and following your probationary period, discounted staff berthing opportunities,a subsidised health cash plan and company pension scheme.There is also full on-job training leading to industry recognised qualifications.
