Our latest project, Marina del Gargano, is a new 700 berth marina at Manfredonia, Puglia, Italy. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of the marina, including its effective management, day-to-day operation and future development. You will also build positive relationships with customers and local residents and manage other projects within the marina.

While previous marina experience is not required, superb leadership skills are essential. You will have a track record of management with trading profit responsibility in a service environment, along with IT literacy and demonstrable financial acumen.

Fluency in Italian and English both verbally and in writing are essential requirements.  If you are also able to lead teams, enabling them to deliver the highest standards of customer service, you have everything it takes to excel in this uniquely rewarding role.  We offer a competitive salary commensurate with a position of this seniority.
