JOB DESCRIPTION
Sailing is like the way of life for Sunsail. Club Vounaki offers something for everyone both on and off the water and is the perfect family holiday escape, especially for those looking to learn something new.  We are passionate about watersports and offer a wide range of water-based activities for all guests, including dinghy sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and kayaking.

Our season starts in April and ends in November and you will need to be available for the whole duration.

Your duties:

Ensuring a safe beach operation is in place
Managing a beach team of various roles
Delivering a high standard of RYA courses
Implementing revenue generation
Making sure all boat maintenance is carried out in a timely manner
Upholding the companies standards
Ensuring that customer service is delivered to the highest levels at all times.


Attributes Required:

Previous seasons Instructing at various levels
Previous seasons as Senior Instructor
Previously managed a team of 15 staff or more
Computer literate, in all MS Office Applications, must be able to use MS Excel
Extensive knowledge and ability to sailing and maintain various boats windsurf kit.
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
Highly motivated individual
Competent swimmer
Excellent customer service skills
Suitable CRB check


Qualifications Required:

RYA Senior Instructors or Senior Windsurf Instructors Qualification
RYA Powerboat Instructor Qualification
RYA Safety Boat Drivers certificate
Valid driving licence with no penalty points
Valid First Aid certificate

Salary:

£955 per month
