We have the following vacancy available:

Senior Watersports Instructor - Youth Development

To promote exceptional standards of delivery, both afloat and ashore, inspiring customer focus in our students; co-ordination and delivery of Youth Development Programs and providing regular mentoring sessions to young people; to work collaboratively with Training, Marketing and other departments to ensure successful development and integration of new business development wins.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and attributes:-

National Youth Development Qualification;
RYA Instructor (dinghy or windsurf);
First Aid qualification;
PBL2 qualification;
Experience in delivering engagement programs for young people with the capability of  running a large proportion of the RYA/BCU syllabus;
A team player and excellent communicator;
Capability to motivate, mentor and inspire students;
Ability to command a high level of instruction/coaching afloat.


General Terms (detailed terms and conditions are issued separately)

Full-time, Fixed-term position initially 1 April - 20 December 2013
40 hours over a 5 day week
