JOB DESCRIPTION

Rustler Yachts build high quality sailing yachts. Our yachts are built with a high degree of customisation working closely with each customer. We are a small company with around 40 employees. We require a Head of Engineering.

Duties to include:-

Design of engineering systems
Installation of engineering systems
Ordering of components for engineering systems
Cost control
Management of 4 engineering staff
Monitoring of progress to ensure timely delivery of work in conjunction with the Production Manager
Liaising with new and existing customers in relation to queries and problems with engineering systems


Experience in production boatbuilding Industry recognised qualification a benefit
Knowledge of RCD requirements and Excel spreadsheets, essential.
Basic IT & Knowledge of Rhino, desirable.
Good communication skills & organisational ability
