JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is within the commercial marine sector and therefore warrants an individual from a similar background, developing business into commercial companies.

As a member of the Global Marine Business Team and working closely with the Regional Director, you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of the sales strategy, budgets and targets within the EMEA sales region. Directly manage sales in UK and North Europe and in close collaboration with Sales, lead the growth of strategic applications and markets through customer visits and influencing sales plans.

You will take responsibility for developing and delivering the marine EMEA strategic/business plan, through effective interaction with and management of key interfaces.

You will be expected to identify new attractive customers through agreed segmentation processes and develop profitable sales in line with the marine business growth strategy within EMEA.
