JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Watersports Instructors provide professional instruction to all levels whilst ensuring a safe sailing environment. They all work as a team to offer a high level of customer service at all times.

In this fulfilling and exciting role you will be taking part in formal and informal instruction through structured dinghy and windsurf courses and weekly clinics for all ages ensuring that Guests get the most out of their courses.

You will assist on weekly races and regattas. You will carry out beach duties, including rigging and de-rigging of boats and launch and recovery of boats maintaining safety of the guests and craft. Run effective rescue boat cover and carry out boat maintenance as directed.

Essential:

RYA Dinghy Instructor
RYA Powerboat level 2
Valid First Aid Certificate
RYA Safety Boat
RYA Multihull Endorsement (desirable)
RYA Keelboat Endorsement (desirable)
RYA Racing Endorsement (desirable)
RYA Advanced Endorsement (desirable)
RYA Powerboat Instructor (desirable)
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
Be highly motivated
Competent swimmer
Good communication skills oral and written
Excellent customer service skills
Instructing at various Levels
