JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is the exclusive dealer for many of the worlds leading yacht brands, providing an unrivalled level of aftersales service and maintenance across the Asia-Pacific region.

They require a Service Technician Manager with a solid engineering background to join their team in China.

You will have a good technical understanding with experience of managing and training junior individuals.

You will also have extensive experience with electrical systems and A/C (air-conditioning) units.

Due to the level of this position, you will be required to maintain your own departmental paperwork, the companies CRM system and be prepared to meet company standard KPI’s (key performance indicators).

Vessels range from 45’ to 105’, occasionally more.  The team could be working on up to 20 vessels at any one time with a number of new vessels to be commissioned.
