JOB DESCRIPTION

Med Sailors are a premier operator of sailing holidays in Croatia and Greece that cater to 20-35 year old clientele. We have a passion for sailing and delivering the highest standard sailing holidays our guests could imagine

Your main duties will center around our sailing and client interaction. Working hours will vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for and undertake the following:

Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the week
Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of the yacht
Preparation of breakfast and lunch (normally assisted)
Interact and socialise with guests
Teach clients to learn to sail if they wish
Follow the instructions of the Skipper manager at all times
Any other duties directed by the Skipper manager
Requirements
RYA Offshore Yacht Master with Commercial Endorsement or equivalent
Ability to work under pressure and make difficult decisions
Experience in a customer focused environment
Socialable and positive personality
Strong organisational skills
Happy to complete all paperwork for Croatian work permits, including a police record check

It is desirable that you will also have the following:

Experience of Charter or Corporate Sailing
RYA Powerboat Level 2
RYA Diesel Engine Maintenance

Remuneration €400 per week €500 euro OTE
Contracts of 10 - 22 weeks available
