JOB DESCRIPTION
The main duties of this role will include; dealing with queries / questions from customers, diary management, minute taking and invoice raising, as well as assisting with special events to promote the Town Quay area.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in an adminstration role with good working knowledge of office systems and procedures, including Word, Outlook & Excel.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner along with the ability to deal with customers face to face, providing exceptional customer service at all times, is a necessity. The ability to liase effectively with other departments throughout ABP is essential, as is the ability to plan own work effectively using excellent time management and organisational skills.
A general understanding and interest in boats would be desirable as would experience of using VHF radio, but this is not essential as training can be given. The flexibility to assist with Town Quay events and the willingness to help on the Marina when required would be an advantage.
