JOB DESCRIPTION
The company, a leading New & Used Boat Sales with a number of Luxury Brands and a Brokerage with a variety of value boats are looking for an experienced Yacht Broker to join their growing team.

This is a very exciting time for this company as they are expanding, they are in a very good position for the future and the successful candidate will have very good prospects within the company for the future.

The successful Yacht Broker will need to develop all of the brands within the New Boat Sales. They will need to push the Sales of the Boats that are on the Used Boat Brokerage also to get new business in for the Used Brokerage. They will need to give exceptional Customer Service, this is imperative as the company thrives on their excellent services which keep their long list of existing clients. This will also include taking customers out on demos.

Candidates should have;
The ability to work to their own initiative
Good Negotiation Skills
Experience of New & Used Boat Sales
Good Knowledge of Sailing & Power Boats
IT Skills
A very pro active approach
The desire to sell New & Used boats on a daily basis
