JOB DESCRIPTION
Bewl Valley Sailing Club is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Instructor to lead the Club in the next phase of our development as our new Chief Instructor.

The post, which is permanent, and offered from February 2015 commands an attractive salary, opportunities to develop your skills and the potential to create a facility for the Club that will grow to become one of the best inland training facilities in the Country.

Bewl Valley Sailing Club is a large dinghy and windsurfing sailing club and a successful RYA recognised Training Centre. The aim of the club is to promote sailing to all ages and abilities and to provide training for beginners through to the highest levels of sailing on what is the largest (over 700 acres) area of inland water in South East England.

This is an exciting opportunity to help set the direction of training at BVSC for several years and to expand the scope of what is currently delivered.  The post is responsible for management of our training activities, resource planning and staff management, working closely with officers of the club and members. There are opportunities to develop our schools and corporate work.

Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate must be a RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor, Windsurfing Instructor and Power Boat Instructor. At least five years industry experience, preferably with three years as a Chief Instructor at an RYA recognised training centre and with knowledge of racing at zone and National standard.
