JOB DESCRIPTION
Dubai Offshore Sailing Club are looking for a new Chief Instructor for their established RYA Sail Cruising Scheme. The person appointed will report to the Principal & hold overall responsibility for the standards of safety, instruction & compliance, including the well being of students & a small team of Cruising Instructors.
Candidates must be commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Instructors (sail), with recent experience of delivering courses from Start Yachting through to Yachtmaster preparation. Applications may also be considered from newly qualified Yachtmaster Instructors keen to develop the necessary experience.
Ideal additional qualifications would be RYA SRC Instructor, Radar Instructor, Diesel Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Power Boat Instructor.
