JOB DESCRIPTION
The Company
An Avon based engineering company manufacturing engines are driving into a very exciting market, an up and coming company with drive.
The Role
This role has a geo area of Northern Europe (with the occasional Global need) The responsibilities of this role include making an assessment of the companies agent’s and making recommendations where improvements can be made, to map out the market country by country identifying potential key clients, there is also a need to have a strong focus on the Wind Farm market.
Client development is achieved by cultivating relationships with naval architects, boat builders and end users.
The Person
A key attribute to the person who gets this role will be the ability to deal with the strong technical aspects, someone who does not need to go back to the technical support to sell, the technical aspects are of higher value than a experienced sales background.
This is a role for someone who likes to travel, about 40% of your time will be with clients, distributors extra, being organised and providing a clear reporting flow to the MD is required.
Benefits
