The comapany is a market-leading brand with a global distribution of technical and engineering products to the Yacht and Superyacht sectors (Sail and Power).

The Role
 
The company already has a successful sales team in place and good market share, however after a period or market research, restructure and coming out the back of the downturn a large number of untapped markets and opportunities have been identified, at an international level. The company now requires talented sales professionals to join the team to maximise the opportunities across a number of industry sectors with both B2B and B2C customers of varying size accounts
 
 
The Candidate
 
The company is only interested in the best and most ambitious and financially motivated sales professionals in the industry.   Candidates must be prepared to chase leads proactively no matter how small and think outside the box to maximise all sales potential to dominate their markets.  Our client wants candidates to show energy and enthusiasm to all tasks and also show they want to stand out from the crowd to fast-track their career.
 
A good technical understanding and experience of selling a technical or engineering product ideally within the marine industry is key.  As is understanding the sales process between product manufacture to end user via both direct selling and through distribution channels.  An entrepreneurial and proactive approach to this job will lead to lucrative results.  Specific product training will be given as will an opportunity to be a highly successful and prominent figure within the Marine Industry.  Some language skills will be an advantage.
 
The Detail
 
This role with be based from the companies Head Office on the South Coast of the UK and will involve both UK and International travel, potentially with little warning.   The company will also consider international candidates.
