| JOB DESCRIPTION |
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and monitor daily marina & boatyard operations, give comments or provide recommendations for boat repairs
- Maintain excellent relationship with members & boat crews, responsive to enquires and to resolve problems
- Maintain & ensure a safe facility environment and implement preventive maintenance programs & comprehensive risk management
- Recruit, train & supervise marina staff members and ensure all personnels to follow the established policies & procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
- 10 years relevant work experience preferably gained from renowned marina club, with 5 years in a senior management role
- Holder of valid pleasure vessel competence certificate
- Local experience or knowledge acquaintance with Asian environment would be advantageous
- Project management experience is highly preferred
- Good team player, great customer service focus with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation skills with good computer knowledge to present conceptual ideas
- Good command of written & spoken English
