| JOB DESCRIPTION |
The successful applicant will report to the Marine Manager and assist in all aspects of the Marine Teams work, including: overseeing the clubs training courses, open meetings and championships as well as corporate sailing days.
The successful applicant will also work with the Bosun on all aspects of maintaining the Clubs marine assets and with the Sailing Secretary to plan and prepare for racing events. The role requires working weekends.
40 hours a week
Essential Skills
- RYA Senior Instructor Dinghy
- Watersports background
- Driving Licence
- Customer service skills
- Administration skills, must be proficient with all Microsoft programs.
Desirable Skills
- Racing experience
- Windsurf Instructor
