A very well established yacht sales company is expanding and is in urgent need of a Power / Motor Yacht specialist with Sales management experience to open and lead one of their new UK offices.
The client specialises in the sale of New Motor Yachts ranging from 40’-85’+
The successful candidate will be required to launch and manage the new office, which is already furnished, set up and ready to go.
Responsibilities also include:
- Brand Penetration in to the regional market.
- Organizing of multiple boat show activities.
- Professional sales and business development of New and later on used vessels.
- Managing and growing the sales office.
- Creating and Managing the office’s own listings.
The right candidate will be a very experienced sales manager directly from the yacht broker or boat sales sector, specialising in Power vessels of 40’+.
You will have excellent market knowledge throughout the UK.
International experience is a desirable.
Salary
£30,000 - £32,000 pa + 10% Commission on profit of all sales.
