My Client, a pioneering Marine Electronics Company, based on the south coast, are looking for an established Global Brand Marketing Director to help drive their ambitions global growth plans.
They have an ambitious growth plan for this specific brand under ownership over the next coming year and their number one priority is to grow the brand to be a top selling product in it’s market globally.
This global marine electronics company has a number of subsidiary brands under ownership that specialise in high end electronic products for private and commercial marine customers. They sell into over 100 countries through offices within the USA, EMEA and APAC.
The successful Global Brand Marketing Director will drive the success of this brand working together with the product management team, sales team and regional marketing teams and their customers.
In order to be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
· Demonstrate 5+ years of developing marketing and communications strategies for a brand.
· Able to demonstrate managing global promotional plans
· Have international/multi country marketing experiences.
· Able to deal with challenging situation Stake holder management
· Drive global website & social media plans
· Proven marketing expertise in a multi-media environment, online/offline, including channel marketing, social-media and point of sale.
· Drive marketing through key customers, channels and third parties
· Create, track and report on ROI’s for the brand’s marketing activities
· B2B & B2C experience
There will be some global travel for this role (approximately 40% of your time) and there are industry events such as International Boat Shows that you will be expected to attend.
