TECHNICAL SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT

Fulfilling, office based, customer and team support role, providing comprehensive technical customer service and sales support to our Leisure Marine market at the Harken UK head office.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer sales enquiries and process to order
  • Manage CRM system
  • Handle Returns and Warranty
  • Work with the technical team to provide answers and solutions to the customer
  • Proactively contact customers to follow up quotes, sales leads, and promotions
  • Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Liaise with purchasing to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and in time.
  • Support and attend marine exhibitions where required
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Customer Service experience; at least 3 years customer-facing job role
  • Technical Sailing;keen sailor with some sailing equipment knowledge, or boat maintenance experience
  • Word and Excel proficient
  • Administration;experience with computerized office-based work
  • Literate;able to write fluently and grammatically in English
  • Numeric;able to input figures and calculations accurately
  • Communication;able to communicate intelligently and fluently in English
