We have been working closely with a large name within the Boatbuilding/Shipbuilding who are in the process of staffing their latest Shipbuilding project in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for building a wide range of naval vessels, this brand is seeking a supervisor to join the Operations team moving forwards, either on a standard permanent basis, or on a '3 month on, 1 off' basis
After an initial 2 month orientation process in mainland Europe you will be posted out to one of a number of sites in Saudi to commence your employment.
You will be overseeing a wide range of tasks, to include, but not limited to:

– HR Management
– Workshop Mangement
– Compliance assessment and overseeing of the various regulations involved in shipbuilding
– Cost Management
As an individual you will have worked within the defence or shipbuilding sectors before, with a minimum of 5 years experience in an Operational Management level.
Furthermore you will be a degree or equivalent qualified Engineer, and be confident running large teams in International locations. Man management, an excellent multi-tasker and confidence in you ability to see a project through are all desirable skills.

Salary:
€6-7000/month to be worked as a standard year, or on a 3-on, 1-off basis with salary adjusted to suit.
