A long-established Superyacht refit specialist based in the South of France in a fantastic location is expanding!
Due to an continuously building list of exciting new projects, they are looking to expand the Project Management team by bringing in a Trainee/Junior PM. A hugely exciting role for the right person, this is a great way to break into the Superyacht market, or develop yourself from an existing role.
You will ideally be a rounded individual with experience across the boatbuilding spectrum, from engineering to fitout, ideally with both new and used vessels.
Coming from an Apprenticeship scheme or with strong City and Guilds qualifications with ideally 5+ years professional experience, you'll be a very proactive individual, happy to work on your own, but also open to being educated in the role of Project Manager. You'll need to show leadership skills, and be a strong team player as well as leader
This role will offer a huge amount of diversity, workign on vessels in excess of 50m. You'll be a communicator between various teams, including Owners representative, design and engineer departments, so communicationn skills are key!

Salary:
£30-35000.p.a to consist of Basic salary and accomodation allowance/provided plus further benefits on completion of porbation.
