The UAE is one of the fastest growing regions when it comes to building Composite craft for both the leisure and defence sectors.
With a strong and aggressive growth pattern, this fantastic employer operates within this busy market and seeks an Assistant Production Manager to join their expanding team. With a growing product range, the company is set for an exciting 2017 and seeks an individual with clear career goals, willing to further their career within high performance craft production.
Educated in the world of Composite boatbuilding, your skills will have been honed within the high end marine sector following training in City & Guilds or similar. You'll be used to producing a high end product using the likes of wetlay, pre-preg or infusion techniques. Having managed teams and led project builds, you'll understand the commercial side of a build too, being able to forecast and manage budgets throughout.
Working in fully air conditioned facilities, you'll be given the tools to build some fantastic craft whilst also developing your own career.
Whilst ideally you will already work/have worked in the UAE and understand work ethics and living costs in the region, candidates from outside of the area will also be considered.
Whilst you will be expected to cover your travel to the UAE and source your own accommodation, the employer will assist with any property searches and also ensure all visa applications are completed.
Salary:
AED 20,000/Month (Equivalent to around £50,000 per annum)
