Business Development Manager required to join an exciting business on the South Coast. Our client is looking for a sales and online marketing manager to attract new members to their Boat Share Business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving new business whist also retaining key clients. You will come from a strong sailing background and have a sound knowledge of the technical terms used on yachts.
This is a key position and will enable the successful candidate the opportunity to be an integral driving force within this rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in Sales and On-line Marketing and be instrumental in increasing sales on a year-to-year basis
- Increase conversions from first enquiry through to completion of sale
- Manage external media agency in developing web site, videos, landing pages and social media accounts
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage CRM database
- Manage continual development and improvement of CRM system
- Maintain Member Loyalty and upsell to existing members
- Write content for news blogs; publishing articles on line through our web site
- Provide support to improve SEO, Google and Facebook advertising and testing, remarketing and banner advertising and organising back links from suppliers web sites. Monitor and manage Google, Linked in, and Facebook pay per click advertising
- Assist with copywriting, brochure and other print collateral.
- Attendance at Boat Shows and occasional weekends
